Location: Bag End Front Hall

Gandalf the Grey arrives to visit his old friend. This build shows the front hall of Bag End, where the events of both the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings (more or less) begin and end. The design of the hall is based on its appearance in the films as well as John Howe's concept art.

This build came about when I noticed Miniland-scale figures were about the height of humans compared to minifigure hobbits. I had a lot of fun fitting in the various architectural details. Built and rendered in Studio.
