Scene: Departure for the Grey Havens
At the end of The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King Gandalf, Galadriel, Celeborn, Elrond, Frodo, and Bilbo must depart across the sea to the Gray Havens. It is a very emotional scene as Samwise Gamgee, Peregrine Took, and Merry Brandybuck watch their friends leave, knowing that they would never see them again. It truly is a beautiful scene, not just what takes place between the characters but the scenery as well. I tried my best to capture some of that in this build and I hope that you all find it appealing.
This build measures in at about 24 inches long and 13 inches wide. At its highest point it is about 11 inches tall. Not including the minifigures it is made up of 2,936 pieces.
There are 10 minifigures in this build being accurate to the scene from the movie:
Gandalf
Bilbo Baggins
Peregrine Took
Merry Brandybuck
Samwise Gamgee
Frodo Baggins
Elrond
Celeborn
Galadriel
And (as far as I'm aware) an unnamed elf
Thank you!
