Scene: The Fellowship Reunited

Frodo wakes up after he passed out on Mount Doom, and finds himself lying in a nice bed with Gandalf standing in front of him. The end of this scene, with Sam and Frodo just silently watching each other, not needing to say a word, together with that beautiful music, makes a perfect moment to display their friendship and respect for each other. Also makes for a good display piece.
