Scene: A Thief in the Shadows

This little diorama refers to the iconic scene in which Bilbo ventures into Smaug's lair to find the Arkenstone. When the beast notices the presence of the uninvited guest, one of the most interesting dialogues of the entire movie begins. Of course, we could also see the most famous of Tolkien's dragons in all their glory for the first time :)

When building Smaug, I used elements of the figure from the Metal Dragon BeatBox set. As you can see, the dragon's body consists of two torsos joined together. I also decided to use gold chains to imitate valuables on such a small scale.
