Mimosa in Bloom

The blossoming of mimosa shrubs and trees between January and March is always like a little ray of sunshine in the middle of winter.

Also called silver wattle or Acacia dealbata, it is said to symbolize prosperity and victory.

This LEGO construction uses Technic liftarms as stems, light bulbs as mimosa buds and spiky blond hair on round plates as mimosa flowers.
