Impundulu

The impundulu is a mythological bird known as the lightening bird. I was inspired by African mythology with a futuristic twist, so my creation is a lightening rod/power converter/battery. The base is the roof of a house, this bird apparatus sits on the roof to attract lightening, then it can convert the power to useable electricity to then be stored in the battery and used to power the home. Of course the creators of this machine used a creature from their history as inspiration for this amazing machine.
