Formula 1

Formula 1 (F1) is the highest class of racing with single seat open cars.  This class of race originated in Europe around the 1920s and become a beloved sport throughout the world, generating millions of dollars in revenue every year.

I was never really into racing until I started watching the F1 Netflix series, and it is pretty intense!  I thought it would be cool to recreate an entire track in LEGO that would be relatively easy to display.

This model doubles as a board game as well!  Simply switch out some of the tiles throughout the track creating spaces to land on.  Roll between a one and a five to move forward.  Lose a turn if you roll the flat tire.  First person to cross the finish line wins!

There are ~2,260 pieces, including:

- Drivers, cars and displays

- Detailed track

- Game Dice

- Extra pieces to convert from a display to a game

The featured cars included with the track are Mercedes, Ferrari, McLaren, and Renault.
