Bowling Alley

Bowling is a popular indoor sport that is great for parties but can also be played competitively. Even though I was never very good at it, I've always liked bowling and thought I should try to capture its essence in a Lego model. 

My build consists of 2741 pieces and depicts two bowling lanes, complete with pins, balls, bowlers, and even a ball return. The figures are brick-built and have been put in various poses to really bring the scene to life. The pins have been built and positioned so that they appear to be toppling over as the ball plows through them. I also tried to use as many tiles and SNOT building techniques as I could to make the model feel as smooth and realistic as possible.
