The Lombardi Trophy

Named after Hall of Fame coach Vince Lombardi, this beautiful masterpiece is given to the team who wins the Super Bowl. Costing approx. $50,000, this trophy is very unique and pricey. It is made out of sterling silver and is manufactured by Tiffany & Co. The silver alone costs about $3,500. Every team in the NFL (National Football League) has won the trophy except for four teams. The first team to win the trophy were the Green Bay Packers when they beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the first Super Bowl. Though the price is high, the coach of the Baltimore Ravens bought each of the team's staff members a Lombardi Trophy when the team won Super Bowl XLVII! Talk about spending big!
