The facilities are built on the principle of weights for the abdomen and hands. Besides the fitness facilities there is also a facility to get the energy out! You have to go up the special ladder and then do tension or any other exercise on the pole, then there is both a small climbing wall and a rope. All these facilities will help you stay fit and be in a good mood!         At the same time the facilities also follows a running track with resting positions in the middle and flowers that create a good atmosphere.
