Novuss

Novuss - is a game from my childhood. It is very popular in Latvia and Estonia. There are many stories how this game emerged century ago, but what I know - through my childhood (in Latvia) there was table in a lot of places, even I had one at home and used to play with my dad. To compare - it is more strategy than pool. There are several ways to play and aim of the game is to sink all eight pucks in pockets. Today it is one of national recognized sports in Latvia holding several national championship events throughout the year. 

As I picked up building LEGO after long brake - did it in my childhood and now with my sons , I did wanted to show something from my childhood and part of the world were I come from! 

Model it self is built from 287 parts (if I didn't miss some counting) and main concern was building it in some scale - because Novuss table 1x1 m size and making humans with bendable joints to sort of scale is always a challenge.
