The Gym

This gym has been in service since the days before the 3-point line and everyone in the community decided it would lose its luster if they added one. Aside from the basketball court, "The Gym" also has a snack bar, an arcade including a pinball machine, a weight room and a rooftop tennis court.

This build is fairly Modular compatible. To accommodate for the size of the basketball court, the build is 64 studs by 48 studs (2 plates wide and 1.5 plates deep. This makes it a much larger footprint than most other modular builds but it would still make a great addition to any city.
