Hogwarts Start of Term Feast

For this contest, I decided to build the Great Hall. I made the Great Hall look like the Start of pool Term Feast is going on. I chose to do that so I could include lots of different types of minifigs. The minifigs I included are Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy, Vincent Crabbe, Gregory Goyle, Cedric Diggory, Susan Bones, Cho Chang, Luna Lovegood, Albus Dumbledore, Minerva McGonagall, Filius Flitwick, Remus Lupin, Severus Snape, Argus Filch, and Rubeus Hagrid. If you look behind the staff table, you see that I built the “20” into the wall. If you look inside the trunk, you’ll find Trevor the Toad, hiding from Neville.

This is my second LEGO Ideas contest entry, after the Daily Bugle contest. I didn’t win any prizes (nor did I expect to) but I hope to win something this time around. I’m only 13, so I can’t really go out and get a job to pay for LEGO sets I want to get. I really like all of the prizes in this competition, so I hope I can win something. -Gavin
