Modular Sweet Empire

Add-on for 31077 Modular Sweet Surprises.

 Ever since opening up shop, business has been booming at the sweet shop! They’ve expanded into a full skyscraper with a helicopter! The first floor is the original set, surrounded by picnic tables and a picnic blanket (made of cloth)! On one table a kid is having a birthday party. It also includes a bench seat. The second floor is an addition with a florist’s shop inside. It has a tree and some flowers on the inside, although the outside could use a new paint job. The next level from left to right is a split level balcony/play fort, the deck from 31077, and a greenhouse. The greenhouse extends with a helipad for the cargo helicopter. Above the green house is a shabby storage room with some old boxes and sacks. Above that is the executive office with desk, nautical photo, and swivel chair. On top of all that is the sign from 31077. This set also has 19 minifigures, and baby and dog figures. Everything is modular.
