Super charge your Rocket Rally Car! It is now not only Rocket fast, but also lighting fast. 2-1!

This is a model I would like to add on the 31074 Rocket Rally Car set. This idea was slightly inspired by the Tesla chargers. I also tried to give it a Creator 3-1 feel.
