The Retired Captain

Captain Hornblow was never a feared, extremely famous pirate. He was skilled and had plenty of plunder, but he was not one of the greatest. And his crew just kept wanting more. Until finally they rebelled and took command. They banished him from his ship, but the captain refused to give up. A fishing boat picked him up, took him to the nearest port and there he stole himself a small boat loaded with supplies. He remembered the hut of a long forgotten friend. He thought he'd visit him and together they'd get along at sea. His friend's hut was in a complete state of disrepair. And he found nothing there but the remains of him, clutching a precious stone.
