My first ever LEGO build was the 1978 Yellow Castle, which I no longer have sadly. I loved the vibrant yellow of that build, but when LEGO Space came out my mind was blown all over again and had a new fascination with space adventure.

I built this as a homage to my two favourite LEGO world, Classic Castle and Classic Space. Yes Majisto is behind this, giving the King something grand to tour around the galaxy in, and who knows maybe even find a new kingdom...

Using LEGO bricks gave me the freedom to blend medieval design with retro-futuristic flair. Plus, building it in LEGO meant I could add all the fun little details—like flaming thrusters and a throne in the cockpit—that you could never get away with anywhere else!
