Covered Wagon
“Wow!”, that’s what I thought the first time I saw the covered wagon 6716: in that set there was all the charm of the films I watched with my father when I was a child.
I have always loved the small sets that complete the large structures; whether they are castles, western villages or cities small sets have the ability to bring the context to life.
Times have changed and we have a new vision of history and its characters. An idea of peace and exchange between people replaces the cannons, but the magic of the journey – that the Prairie Schooners aroused in me as a child – remains in this small western set.
Times change, minifigures change… but fun and wonder of the child of yesterday and today remains.
P.S. The weapons provided are for defense only, not for attack. :D
