Turtle Sands Cafe
Turtle Sands Cafe brings an eco-tourism twist to the classic Paradisa resort, inspired by set 6411 Sand Dollar Café.
The original set features a glorious multi-toned baseplate representing the sea-shore. In it's place this set builds up the beach out of plates, giving a new dimension to this interpretation.
The original cafe with its lovely curved glass window/walls has been transformed into a viewing platform for a beach frequently visited by turtles. But being Paradisa there is always temptation and pleasure at hand, so there is also an ice-cream parlour inside, combining the cafe and ice-cream vendor from the original set.
Other inspirations include the binocular stand, to view the wildlife now instead of the lifeguard tower before. A palm tree is now inhabited by a gull rather than a parrot (watch out ice-cream eaters and baby turtles!). And perfect sustainable transport in the now eco-resort, the original red bicycle on hand ready to visit other spots.
