Strategic Pursuer 2.0

This is a modern remake of a small but cool Futuron set I had as a kid.

'Two Futuron astronauts, along with their walker and a smaller robot, conduct a ground survey.'

I lightened the harsh black and white contrast of the original set somewhat by replacing the black elements with light- and dark bluish gray. The dark blue transparent cockpit has also been replaced by a lighter shade. By using more modern parts, the original somewhat angular walker now looks much more rounded.

The base is a tribute to the classic space raised baseplate with moon craters, one of the most iconic LEGO baseplates ever.
