Planet Paradisa

Paradisa was a beloved subtheme of Town that ran throughout the 90's and that many are nostalgic about. The modern buildings and tropical setting were appealing to many. I have fond memories of playing with the sets together with my sister. However, in my young mind, Paradisa wasn't just an island resort, it was a colony on a strange alien planet! This set represents this mashup of Paradisa and Space that I envisioned as a kid. It's a reimagining of one of the most iconic sets of the theme, Poolside Paradise, with modern colors, parts, and techniques, but with a sci-fi twist! It features two astronauts and their robot butler living in a moonbase on Planet Paradisa. Here they can go on a ride in their flying space car or ride some solar waves on their hover-surfboard! When it's time to relax, they can take a dip in the pool via a slide, enjoy some ice cream, or soak up some cosmic rays on the lounge chair. Every day on Planet Paradisa is out of this world!
