Hot Rod Club

The LEGO set #6561 Hot Rod Club is an iconic set that featured two awesome hot rods, a motorcycle, and a tuner and mechanic workshop. A cool set that offers incredible play on its own, but also makes a fantastic addition to any LEGO City. My contribution brought this epic set into the modern day, which also works as a standalone set or even as a cool addition to any modular building collection! Unfortunately, due to parts limitations, I had to forego building the workshop. However, I tried to stay close to the original set, which is why I used the torsos and legs from the original set and incorporated the original Hot Rod Club sticker, as well as the original car jack and hand truck. Finally, I added a few more tools to make perfect use of the 250-part limit, which is why I hit it exactly!
Honestly, I never owned this set. But, I love LEGO hot rods. They're simply amazing. And this set was a true and epic precursor to everything that came after!
