Snake Oil Swindlers

As a kid, when I played with my Lego, I always had some sort of "robber" associated with my themes. While I didn't own a lot of the western or medieval castle themes, I would make something if I didn't have it. Now as an adult, I love Lego sets that incorporate that archetype...The cheat, the con-man, the Swindler. I also love when one Lego set can tell a story, just by the minifigures that it comes with. The snake oil man is a timeless archetype and has its modern day versions as well.

I also like the idea of a sidekick. One man puts on a grand presentation, while the sidekick pick pockets the crowd, because they are distracted by the sales pitch and wonderment of what this strange man is selling.

I wanted to add this kind of theme into all my sets i had as a kid. Gold city junction needs a snake oil man
