Road Rescue
The very first set I ever got as a kid, the Road Rescue truck, was from none other than Res-Q, an iconic theme of the late 90s! There was so much to love about it, whether it was the practical vehicles with cool functions, awesome color scheme, or endless stories to play out.
I had a blast re-imagining what a Road Rescue set might look like today! I beefed it up to match the scale of modern city sets. Made sure it had opening doors like the original set. Added a folding tailgate for easier access to the tools. Put together a little side build featuring a damaged road along the water, with a cat in need of rescue from a tree.
But my favourite new feature is the working suspension! So that no matter the road conditions, this truck can conquer them with ease. Note: baseplate with bumps in GIF only shown to demo suspension
