Power Miners: "Crystal Hunter 13"

Power Miners was the very first Lego theme series that I enthusiastically collected as a child. When I first saw the set “8964 – Titanium Command Rig” in action, I was thrilled by these vehicles, but number 13 was missing from the series - until now! As there are already many vehicles for digging and milling, I built a vehicle that could track down the power crystals.

The “Crystal Hunter 13” offers space for two figures: The driver sits in the cockpit, whose (X-Wing-)windshield is equipped with headlights and can be folded upwards. The second figure searches for crystals in the back with a special computer. This is also where the “crystal search system” is located, which rotates during the journey and scans the surroundings for crystal deposits. There are two special arms at the front of the vehicle that can move freely and fold away for the journey. One arm is equipped with a smaller crystal detector and the other arm with a small drill head.
