The Adventurers Race
For me playing the LEGO Racers games is pure nostalgia. In these games you would battle many classic LEGO characters such as Johnny Thunder and Baron von Barron.
The Adventurers theme provided Baron von Barron with a beautiful race car in set 5920: Island Racer. The best way for me to give this set a twist of nostalgia is to finally give Johnny Thunder a race car to compete with his greatest rival!
For his car I took inspiration from multiple cars from the Adventurers theme, while Baron von Barron’s car is my modern interpretation of the Island Racer. Thank you for checking it out!
