Black Falcon's Fortress Micro Edition

Black Falcon's Fortress or set 6074 was released almost 40 years ago and was my first set from the classic Castle theme and love at first sight. In my opinion it still stands as one of the best Lego castles ever, combining an iconic look with great play features!

This is my twist on this fine piece of nostalgia in brick form - a microscale version! I took advantage of all modern LEGO parts and techniques such as brackets, SNOT and tiles to recreate all the original features with half the size and twice the fun in building it! I also kept the original playability with the functional drawbridge and the hinged wall that allows closed and open configurations.
