5974 Space Police Galactic Enforcer Tribute

When I was a kid, just starting to develop a full-on LEGO addiction, there were many sets that I had my eye on, raving to my parents over every catalog and toy aisle. However, when trying to decide which set to tribute in this contest, it wasn't even a question.

Space Police was a defining theme of my early elementary years, and the Galactic Enforcer was the flagship of my 7-year old dreams. A great cast of minifigures, some villains to fight and a main build that split into four ships and a rover? I was in kid heaven! I cannot tell you how many times that this incredible build was in make-believe chases and battles. Few other sets have ever hit the creative high this brought out in me, the first time I really saw what was possible with the LEGO system. Every sci-fi MOC I have built since reflects the awesomeness of this great theme and ship!

This midi-scale tribute has all the same features as the original command ship, plus an interior and removable rover. Thanks for checking it out!
