Knight's Jousting Tournament "With a Twist!"

I have based my idea on the classic Knight's Joust set number 383 from 1979, and rebuilt it in microscale.

I love to add movement and mechanisms to my builds, so I have designed a base that uses the new worm gear to add a fun play feature where two people can play a Jousting game, twisting the handles to move the horses and riders towards each other.

The original set contains brick built horses, so I have done the same, but at a much smaller scale. I have also included as many details from the original set as possible such as the King and Queen in their tent, and the classic LEGO tree.

The set is made up of exactly 250 pieces, and I think it adds a really fun twist to this classic set. I would love my idea to become an official gift with purchase set.
