Ice Planet 2042 Clearing Crew (Tunnelator and Plow) 2.0

Growing up as a Canadian kid, the Ice Planet 2002 series spoke to me. The neon orange chainsaws, visors and skis were iconic, and one of the things I remember most about my old school Lego collection. I didn't have a lot of the bigger sets, so small sets like the Tunnelator were mainstays in my early collection. Getting back into Lego just recently with the Blacktron Renegade, I borrowed a few techniques from its buggy's chassis to make these models bigger, and fit to purpose in a snowier world, while retaining the removable module techniques from the original Ice Planet sets. The Tunnelator has a remote control module to tunnel deeper without endangering mini-figure life, while the Satelite Plow has a traditional satellite communications module and a ski-sled for quick reconnaissance outings.

Unavailable colours are the white wheels/tires, and the blue inverted slope piece. The Chainsaw mechanism spins with the front axle.
