Ninjago - Kai's Blacksmith Shop Reimagined

Overview:

I redesigned Kai's Blacksmith Shop from the first scene of the LEGO Ninjago series and the 2011 set 2508 Blacksmith Shop

Both depictions were nostalgic parts of my childhood and was an easy decision to make

This sturdy model reimagines the original set by making it more accurate to the scene with modern techniques, while preserving it's spirit of play with many dynamic features

Details:

Many ninja weapons to forge, hide, and train with, just like the original set

Skulkin warrior Kruncha, can search for the map to the golden weapons. This scene can be reenacted by pressing on both smaller signs, causing the larger one to rotate downwards, knocking over an unsuspecting skeleton and releasing the map.

Sensei Wu can rescue Kai

Conclusion:

This set was lots of fun to make, all parts are currently available on LEGO's Pick a Brick (Studio was missing Wu's legs + Kruncha's armor), no illegal techniques were used
