Eldorado Ruins
One of my earliest childhood memories is my dad standing in our living room with a huge yellow box. I was so young that I can't even recall if I understood what the content of the box was.
30+ years later, the Eldorado Fortress is still being built and rebuilt by my kids, accommodating the most various sets, from sleeping Friends to sheltering police cars. It is a timeless model.
So why not take an imaginary tour to this iconic set with your family? Show them the entrance, the lockup, the cannon and the treasure chest! Time may had its toll on Eldorado, but it's mightiness haven't faded a bit.
The build is inspired on Eldorado Fortress 6276, keeping the original proportions and the outlines of the iconic features: the lower cannon, the entrance arch and the prison. I have included a few tiny, but original details (columns, a musket, a palm tree leaf), all updated to parts available in 2025.
Enjoy the adventure to your childhood memories!
Ps. Background texture elements are my own creations
