Mini Bucket Wheel Excavator

What was at one point the biggest ever technic set has now been turned into one of the smallest! 2016's huge bucket wheel excavator remains one of the largest and most complex LEGO sets released. I think it deserves to be commemorated, and so I designed this 249 part mini bucket wheel excavator. It features many simplified versions of the original set, including turning bucket wheel, raising and lowering arm, rotating upper assembly, rear rotating conveyor and turning tracks. It uses a variety of Technic and system parts, ensuring it keeps both functionality and detail, and is coloured the same way as the original set. This was one of my favourite sets when I was younger, and is probably one of the main reasons for my interest in engineering. I think it would make a particularly good set because older iconic Technic sets haven't gotten many callbacks, and the Bucket Wheel Excavator is in my opinion the most iconic of them all.
