Wolfpack Renegades' Return
6038 Wolfpack Renegades was an iconic set of classic Lego castle, but it's simple charm and blocky outline, whilst nostalgic to the Classic Castle generation, doesn't hold up to modern standards. My design seeks to bring this set into a modern era, using parts, building techniques, and geometry that fits with modern Lego.
Keeping with the original, my design features:
Horse and carriage, in the same iconic colours
Two wolfpack knights, fashioned after the originals
A treasure chest transporting gold ingots
A false bottom under the treasure chest, revealing more cargo space for smuggling
A pumpkin, and a decorative flower
Animals: a horse, bird, and a yellow frog (of course)
The flag, swords, bow, quiver, crossbow, and shield that were in the original set
A modern aesthetic, shaping, and colour scheme
More cargo, and a more detailed carriage
The iconic grey parrot of the original was hard to translate into modern pieces but here it's represented with the white bird next to the carriage driver.
