Snack Bar Revisited

My first ever Lego set was 675 Snack Bar. From here, my Lego adventure never looked back. The new Snack Bar is clearly modelled on the 1979 original. Using new building techniques and new elements, it has features that were missing in the original. First of all a fridge, and then there's the soft serve machine. Customers are looked after with seating out the front and an ATM on the side. Original elements are reused - the snack bar sign on top has been given a fresh breath, and then there's the iced lolly signs on each side. Whilst the roof is obviously similar to the original blue plates, the new solar panels power the front lights and the glass cover (inspired by a certain coffee shop near the downtown streetcar) looks well suited.
