Post Office Hoverbike
Inspiration:
This model is based on set 6651 ‘Post Office Van’ from 1982. It only had 47 parts, but (mail) bags of personality!
Me and my brother had a few Town sets including this one and I have sweet 1980s memories of playing Post Office with him. The striking red and yellow postal bikes/vans were always a firm favourite.
Features:
Trailer has room for 3 parcels, each containing a different surprise.
‘Brandie’ the West Highland Terrier has her own bubble hovercar to chase the post van!
The wee robin is a reference to Victorian times, where posties were called robins due to their bright red uniforms.
When ‘Brandie’ isn’t flying in space, she loves nothing more than smelling flowers. Be careful with that thistle though!
N.B. I have built, tested and played with the model IRL, and used Studio to create these high-resolution renders.
