Medieval Cottage

My build has been inspired by a LEGO model belonging to the Castle theme, shown in the LEGO Idea Book 260 from year 1990.

The Idea Books were some kind of LEGO catalogues, to take inspiration by, and build new models by mixing together parts from different LEGO sets.

You can take a look at the original build, I took inspiration by, at page 34 of the LEGO Idea Book 260.

I wanted to preserve the original look of the model, so I tried to reproduce it, adding several details and introducing modifications, but leaving unchanged some typical features of the build.

The build exactly consists of 250 parts, counting the minifigures' parts as is done in the LEGO building instructions.

This is the first time I enter a LEGO challenge.
