Microscale - 6067 Guarded Inn

The 6067 Guarded Inn set was actually my older brother's set and its probably my earliest memory of LEGO, I found it such a cool set to build since it was like a cool blend of conventional elements of a city theme like homely building, with the fantastic design pieces from the castle theme. So here is my tribute to such a classic set by reimagining it in microscale.

This compact build captures the charm of the original with the red and black timber frames, stone wall pieces, blue door and yellow window shutters.

The four signature minifigures are reimagined in microscale, including the two guards, the knight on horseback and the maiden with her distinct red pointed hat.

The set has the original ability to open up at the front revealing the interior of the Guarded Inn.
