Custom Rally Van - Minifig Scale

As a lifelong LEGO fan, few themes have inspired me as much as the iconic Model Team series. The detailed builds, realistic designs, and bold colors of the 90s-era sets left a lasting impression on me—and one model in particular always stood out: the Custom Rally Van.

For this LEGO Ideas challenge, I’ve recreated that classic set in minifig scale, staying as faithful as possible to the original design. I’ve carefully translated the charm and complexity of the larger Model Team set into a compact format that fits right into a modern LEGO city or racetrack.

This build is not just a tribute to a specific set, but to the entire spirit of Model Team—a theme that celebrated creativity, engineering, and a touch of nostalgia.
