Arctic Polar Base

❄️ This was the first set I thought of as soon as I read the title of this challenge. It was the year 2000 and the Arctic Polar Base set is the first one I remember mounting following the instructions. Surely even before 2000 I played with Lego but this is the only set that has not been lost over the years and I managed to rebuild it a few years ago.

🏗️ To stay within the number of pieces planned to participate in this challenge it was not possible to rediscover the set in original size and I wanted to pay tribute to this set anyway by proposing a microscale construction.

The set consists of 4 modules and 3 vehicles, also re-proposed in microscales: the tracked vehicle, the helicopter and the snowmobile.

😊 One of the first sets that brought me closer to the world of lego; many years have passed but the passion has not changed.
