Bionicle System Minifigure Collection

I love Bionicle for the stories, the sets--and, of course, the play!

While I was creating dioramas for other entries, I needed to create minis for them. As I did so, I realized that the best minis I could make were ones that were recognizable, but still posable and valid for actual play. And so I sat down and constructed a dozen or two custom Bionicle minis using exclusively system pieces (most of which you'll likely have at home)! I did run into some difficulty with the Toa Mata minis, as there aren't many good options to stand in for their masks in mini form, but the rest came out good. I'm particularly proud of my Toa Hordika, Roodaka, and Visorak models.

I focused on years 1-3 because, honestly, I'd run into repetition and lack of recognizability as I forced designs moved forward. I hope you enjoy!
