Toa Kopaka Revamp
My take on Kopaka, the Toa of Ice. I wanted to put my own spin on the classic Toa Mata, scaling them up to something more like Inika scale. Kopaka, and the others of the set, feature variations of the same base pattern, with a little of their own elemental flair. For Kopaka, I reinterpreted his sword as a spear/glaive to separate him from Tahu a little, and gave him a larger and more decorative shield, as the original is hilariously small on this scale of figure. The shield is attached to the hand with an axle for easy removal while maintaining grip.
Pictured below are posed, frontal and rear projections, a side view showing some of the articulation, and detail of the glaive and shield. Rendered in Bricklink Studio.
