Makuta Hiyura, Abominable Baron of the Southern Highlands

Hiyura is a member of the Brotherhood of Makuta. During his time, he ruled over a large mountain range on the Southern Continent. He was known for his strict rule, even before Teridax turned the Brotherhood into villains. However, it came not from a place of cruelty or sadism, but because that was the only way for his villagers to survive in the harsh and frigid environment.

Hiyura wields two weapons, an Icicle Spear and a Frostaxe. His mask is an Elemental Mask of Ice shaped like a Noble Matatu. The Kraata Powers he has perfected are Ice Resistance, Weather Manipulation, and Chameleon. That way, he can hide in dense blizzards, and you won't know he's there until he pounces on you.
