Marendar, the Toa Slayer

Marendar is a Living Weapon created by the Great Beings to hunt down and destroy in case they become a threat to the inhabitants of spherus magna. The autor Greg Farshtey imagined Marendar eliminating the Toa similarly to how the Sentinels eliminate Mutantes in Marvel's X-men comics.

Used parts

The marendar was created by the GBs, so they use a technology from over 100,000 years ago. With that in mind, I tried to use parts from before the 2005s to match the "technological period" , I used many bohrok parts and technic from the early 2000s for the structure. For his armor, I used CCBS parts to get a design that I like.

Apperence

The proposal is that he was humanoid but unfriendly. I tried to do something similar to the monstrous design of the "abomination" from the hulk movie: strong, hunchbacked and thorns showing. The head I ended up making a cyclop head with the design inspired by rakshi's head from the movie "mask of light".
