Nature: Acorn House

Is it a giant acorn turned into a house? Or is it a normal sized acorn with tiny people? 

It has a full interior complete with bed, drawers, table, candle, fireplace and couch, plus a blue bird.

I tried to create a stone/ rock effect for the doorway and windows as if it had been attached onto the acorn.
