Hogwarts: Gringotts Bank
Here is Gringotts grand marble lobby ready to house the
goblins that work so very hard to protect the valuables located one mile below
them in the vault. Gringotts was created
by a goblin named Gringott in 1474. It stores
money and other valuables for witches and wizards and is located on the north
side of Diagon Alley in London, England. The goblins that protect the valuables are extremely
greedy and protect money and valuables at any cost; they also abide by a strict
code that forbids them to speak of any bank secrets.
When you walk through the front doors you enter the marble
lobby which is adorned with chandeliers, inlaid floors, counters that have
scales to weigh valuables, and bells to ring to get service from the ever busy
goblins.
I absolutely love this place in the Harry Potter
world!! It is beyond beautiful in person
as well. This was a real treat to be
able to build something that pertains to this magical world!!
