Hogwarts- Albus Dumbledores’ Deluminator

For my submission I wanted to recreate the Deluminator aka Put-Outer. Originally owned by Albus Dumbledore, it functions to both remove and restore light. The Deluminator also serves as a guide- taking you where you need to be. It always intrigued me in that it served as a type of reverse lighter... Thanks for looking. :)
