Golden Anchor Island

Welcome to Golden Anchor Island! This island has everything the pirates need to call home.

At the docks they’re unloading the treasure and looking out for invaders. Inside the fort is a weapons stash and a map table. On the main island the pirates have a village, a lookout tower, and a dungeon to lock up troublemakers. The village tavern has the namesake of the island above the door, a golden anchor the pirates acquired on their many adventures. Inside the tavern is plenty of food and drink to keep the pirates happy and welcome newcomers. The pirates also have a campfire on the beach to keep everyone warm outside.

I wasn't really inspired by one set in particular. I wanted to capture the spirit of pirates and pirate islands in general, so I just started building to see what would happen. The houses are built out of headlight bricks and tiles to give it a more wood plank look. The fort also has some sideways building to add some details.
