Paint It, Black

This build was inspired by the song "Paint It, Black". It depicts two sides of reality one that has been painted black and the other side that remains the same – the real world.

For some reason, the protagonist of the song has painted the red door black and stepped through it, now black is the only thing he sees.

In the "real" side of this build there are colourful trees, cars and people. Flowing water and rich soils cover the "real" world. But the protagonist wants all the color gone - painted black. The black side has no life. The trees are dry and rotten. The waters filled with a wet tar-like substance. I believe that this shows the mind of someone in grief or suffering from a mental illness. It is hard to break through and forget all the darkness and pain as it follows your every step. With everything you paint black, the darkness gets worse and worse until it covers the whole mind - your reality.

Thank you for your attention and I wish you all a very colorful reality!!
