Garfield - Jim Davis' Loveable, Lazy, Lasagne-Craving Cat!
While Garfield originally appeared in the 1970s, it wasn't until the early 1980s that he reached a huge audience, eventually syndicated to appear in over 850 newspapers. Merchandise was everywhere, and it was inevitable that a cartoon show would follow and, in September 1988, "Garfield & Friends" launched, eventually running for seven years.
I've created a poseable sculpture of Garfield (that's maybe not far off his actual size!), as it's tricky to capture his trademark expression, lidded-eyes and that inscrutable smirk in anything much smaller. His head can be rotated, and his front paws can be posed. Likewise, the eyes could be swapped out for a range of facial expressions.
He's a big set, but eating all that lasagne will do that to a cat! I think you could print some markings on the 8x8 dish to help refine his stripes as well!
